A case of hypertensive crisis upon induction of general anaesthesia with morphine, midazolam, pancuronium and thiopentone in a patient taking aurorix (MAOI) is being presented. Patient was scheduled for an elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery. Hypertensive crisis was managed successfully and no morbidity was observed.
