Pregnant females tend to have a lower level of physical activity. Methodology: This analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in three hospitals of Lahore. Sample size was consisted of 137 pregnant women. Participants were recruited from the outpatient department of gynecology from the hospitals. International Restless Leg Syndrome (IRLS) criteria were used for the diagnosis of restless leg syndrome. The International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) was used to determine the level of physical activity. Results: Mean age of the participants was27.3± 4.17 years.
