This paper describes a series of cases, all of them had a history of organic brain damage or disease and who had attracted a psychiatric diagnosis. The role of neuroimaging, electrophysiology, and neuropsychological assessment in exploring the underlying organic pathology is discussed. The clinical work-up along with investigation was the key in successful management of these cases.Downloads
