137 patients with episodes were operated in a teaching hospital from 1988-1998. The patients were divided in two groups. In group one patient with dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) were intubated by silicon rod or tube with a success rate of 94.7% and other group was without intubation where success rate was 77.8% showing there by significant difference and advantage of intubation.Downloads
